About
An independent guide to Philippine digital banks
DigitalBanksPH compares savings and time deposit rates at the Philippines' digital banks and the app-first banks people compare them with. It is not affiliated with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, PDIC, or any bank. The name describes what we cover, not who we are.
How we check rates
- Only the bank's own website. Every rate is read from a page the bank publishes, and every row links to that page. We don't copy rates from other comparison sites, news articles or social media.
- Dated. Each rate shows the day we checked it. The last full check was 19 October 2026.
- Re-checked every month. When a rate changes, we update it and add the change to the rate change log and the bank's own page. If any rate goes 45 days without a check, every page on this site says so at the top.
- If a bank doesn't publish it, we say so. We don't fill gaps with guesses. Right now UnionDigital Bank and DiskarTech don't publish their rates on their websites, so they're listed without rates.
- Base rates first. We lead with the rate you earn without missions or conditions. Boosted and "up to" rates are shown separately with their conditions. Short-term promos are left out because they expire.
- Gross rates. All rates are before the 20% final tax. Our calculator shows results after tax.
What the licence labels mean
- BSP digital bank A bank the BSP licensed in its digital bank category.
- Commercial bank, Savings bank, Rural bank Banks with those BSP licences that work mostly through an app.
- Bank app An app run by a bank, where your deposit sits at that bank.
Deposits at all of them are insured by PDIC up to ₱1 million per depositor, per bank. More on the difference.
How this site makes money
It doesn't. There are no ads, no referral links and no paid placements, and no bank has paid to be listed or ranked. If that ever changes, any link that earns us money will be labelled Referral right where it appears, and it will never change the order of a table. Tables are sorted by rate, nothing else.
Not financial advice
This site gives information, not advice. Rates change, sometimes with little notice, and banks set conditions we may summarise. Confirm the rate and terms with the bank before you open an account or move money.
